Cash Advanced Items
Cash Advanced Items are items which add to the total cost of a funeral bill. These items are not usually funeral home charges, but are called cash advanced items because the funeral home is usually responsible for ordering and also paying for the charges on behalf of the family.

It is impossible to place numeric values on each of these items because the combination of possibilities are endless. Most of the charges can be established by making a simple phone call, and we are always available to do this on your behalf. Providing you with this list below gives you all the information required to make complete funeral arrangements.

Cemetery Fee $0
 There is usually a charge for opening and closing of the grave even if the graves have already been paid for. The cemetery fee is usually the most expensive additional item and can range from $1500.00 to $4,000.00.
Church or Clergy Fee $0
 Most funerals end with some type of service and there is usually a fee associated with these services. Expect to pay clergy at least $125.00 and up to $600.00 for church services. Church services usually includes an organist.
Newspaper Notices $0
 Newspaper notices can be expensive. Families can expect to pay a minimum of $250.00 for a one day notice in only one newspaper publication.
Flowers $0
 Typically, fresh cut flowers are placed on the casket, another arrangement is placed near the head end of the casket and one more at the foot end. You may elect to have all three of these pieces or just one or two. These floral arrangements average in cost around $175.00/each.
Hairdressing $0
 Most of our female deceased clients require some type of hair treatment. From styling and coloring to hair restoration, we provide an experienced hairdresser. Fees start at $100.00.
Death Certificates $0
 All of our packages include 3 death certificates. Most families require more for settling a decedents estate. Our charge for additional death certificates is $10/each.
Funeral Luncheon $0
 After services are complete, it is customary to treat those in attendance to a lunch. Families usually take care of the payment for the luncheon directly but it is also something which needs to be budgeted for during funeral planning.
Headstone $0
 The headstone is usually an afterthought, however its best to get it taken care of now. Some headstones require just additional engraving on an existing stone or a new stone will need to be purchased. We can help you with all of your headstone needs. Your cost for engraving starts at $125 and a new flat lawn level marker can run $700.00 and up.
